I found what I needed really quickly, and checkout was simple with no issues at all. Overall, it was a really easy experience!!

I grabbed a few BIC lighters from bic.com and they’ve been solid so far. Nothing too dramatic to say, they just spark easily and keep going, which is kind of all I want from a lighter. I had some random cheap ones before that would get annoying fast, so these feel like an upgrade. One of the packages showed up a little bent, which made me pause for a second, but the lighter itself was totally fine. I’d buy them again.

Okay, I know it’s just packaging, but I was weirdly thrilled when this arrived. Everything was packed so neatly and securely, nothing was bent, leaking, or even slightly messed up. The box was simple too, with no ridiculous extra filler everywhere. Honestly, 10/10 arrival experience

Well... I tried reaching out to bic.com about an issue with my order and basically got nowhere. I sent two messages, waited a few days, and still never got a real answer. It felt like nobody was actually checking support. Frustrating when all you want is a quick update. I don’t think I’d order from the site again

I ordered some personalized pens from bic.com for my small shop, they came out better than I expected. I was ready to be annoyed because I’ve had other companies mess up simple custom orders before, and I absolutely blame those places for making me so suspicious in the first place.

The print was clean, the spelling was right, and the colors looked close to what I picked online. So I can’t even be mad at Bic here, which is almost irritating because I was expecting at least one thing to complain about.

I ordered some BIC razors from the site, and they felt kind of dull when I used them. I had to go over the same spots a few times, which left my skin a little irritated. I can’t say for sure if it was just the pack I got or if they’re all like that, but my experience wasn’t great. Not the worst razors ever, just not as sharp as I was hoping.

I sent my return back and I’m still waiting for the refund, the whole process has been such a hassle

I’m giving 4 stars mostly because some of the pens feel kinda light and a little cheap in my hand. But for the price and how they write, I’d still buy them again.
